Mum took the boys - so Julie and I had a date day starting with coffee and pastry at the Story Bridge, onto Victoria Park, and then wrapping up at Chermside.

We lined at up at the French bakery below the Story Bridge and got amazing pastries. I gave a soft 'Merci' to the cashier - she smiled.

Julie beat me at mini golf - I even hit it into the water at one point.
