Did yoga on the wellness centre - then while Julie got massaged by the jovian but very fat lady, I went for a run.

I tried to find the cave, but the path was just so steep. I went back the opposite way and down to the mangroves - and then had to find my own path back along the rocky coastline with the high tide.

Watched the boys doing races at the beach in the evening.
