Rode bikes on the road - AJ hated it under I put the gopro on his bike, then he suddenly had a whole heap of confidence.

I ran around 1/3 of the resouvior - I didn't realise just how different it is running on winding and undulating tracks. I struggled with the hills and turned back at the 7k mark
