Coffee in the Enchanted Forest with Den and Carolina. He had just shaved his head - I realised the park is near where I run to in Ashgrove.

Went for a drive in the i30N for lunch to Dayboro pub. It was nice seeing him - I'd been feeling so flat/sick of late.

I sat by the new bridge to Kangaroo Point in the botanic Gardens to take in the view mid run.
