Morning swim and play at the Bardon private park - the boys were being weird laying down on the tennis court.

Took them to dads. Had a nice beer with dad, then we shot some hoops with the boys. 

Kai fell off the couch trying to be spiderman when Den and Carolina were around. Had to take him to hospital to glue it together. 

We played a frogged clone on the tablet in the hospital while we waited.
