Waited in Aldi for Kai to sleep a bit, after he fell asleep on a drive to the house then the shops.

Got frustrated with Julie and lashed out eh trying to do AJ's homework about her poor parenting. I felt bad and said sorry when she got home. 

Put famous music on over dinner - after AJ asked about David Bowie.
