Helped dad change the oil on the Everest - we struggled to reattach one bolt on the bash plate.

Exhausted, Julie and I slept a little - then I took the boys to Ballymore so she could rest.

We played soccer and 'What's the time Mr Wolf' before heading to the exercise equipment and playground.
