Did a park run with Matt S - he waited for me at the last turn, and helped me PB at 21m 21s. I was pumped.

Afternoon all parents catch up to say farewell to Evan and Hermione at the Barbon private members garden/pool thing.

I sanded down the wall, then primed it in white - the sanding took ages.
