Met Alex for coffee at Bear Bones - talked then onto the soul food place that was closed, even though I'd paid the meyer for our cars. Lunch at Shanghai dumbling, then visited Bec at work - seeing the crazy prices of the shoes in the shop. But liked the blue loafers.

Cleared the air a little with Julie - cried with her on the couch. Breakfast at Picnic at West End - first time seeing the west village. Stunned at the $650 price for the designer prescription glasses. Made a screen for the garage, after two trips to Bunnings. First time making home made Char Kway Teow, it worked out well.

Took AJ to Chermside to cash three cheques - he picked opporto for lunch. While eating, I saw a younger girl with her face fully tattooed. Talked to Julie in the evening about my frustrations with her, she proposed divorce - I slept with Kai.

Slow day at home sick with the boys. Opened up and played fish with the Avengers cards - AJ quickly got the hang of it. Drove to Alex's on the way to shopping, it was closed.

First fish and chip shop was closed, so went to another up the road that had a huge line of jet skis sitting in the water. Swam in the beach, then took the boys to the shower - waited there for ages for Julie and the others to catch up. Kai struggled to sleep coughing.

Trip to Julie's cousins, Lisa, where we did naughty Santa. I got a sausage roll maker.  AJ jumped into the pool fully clothed as we tried to leave. I shaved my head in the evening.

Christmas at Dad and Tiz's - played the Sim racing and setup Tiz's laptop while the kids played downstairs.

Last day at work before Xmas - very quiet, but Tim was on site after moving. We had lunch in the board room - and I opened my box from Juan and the Moonshot team.

Talked with Heather at work - heard her story how she met Dlher partner Dane in Germany at a Christmas market, and he flew over to Liverpool to see her after the trip 

SLT call - Jon won a Christmas theme dress up with a hat that reminded me of the Who's from The Grinch.

Skipped soccer as I didn't feel well - to come home to Nina, Alan, and the boys at home. Watched Evan and Enzo both wipe their noses on our blanket - which grossed me out.

Grabbed a baby seat from the garage to fit to dad's Prado that I borrowed. The strap wasn't very adjustable and I wasn't sure why - until I realised it was the new seat we bought Nina and Alan.

Watched AJ at swimming, as Kai didn't have gymnastics. Lilly came over and played with him - she didn't have her two front teeth. Talked to Alana about her builder, and he step he created to their storeroom.

Finished roadmap planning - drinks with the board, then off to drinks with Em at Caxton st. An Audi SUV tried to turn the wrong way onto Caxton st, then nearly backed into us 

UXmas at Flight Centre, bumped into old interview candidates, and say Eugene and Carla - first time I've seen them since having the kid.

Found a deal for a fanatec DD - organised to buy and agree to pickup within 10m while laying in bed. Accidentally sent a gif of two guys wrestling to the guy mid conversation.

Search workshop - spent time with Joyce and Pramudi to come up with ideas for preview in the player. Felt good to have engagement around what partner first means.

Final contract breakdown from Brighton, it was a bit higher than we expected. We went back to them to clarify why.

Took the boys to Ballymore - AJ tried his big bike for the first time. He was terrified, and kept yelling "No Daddy!" In the afternoon we decorated gingerbread men - with Kai eating all the M&Ms

Jumping castle for Kai at Gymnastics. Saw Nina and Al for the first time since arriving in the afternoon - arrived with Enzo naked. Later went to the pool, where he cried profusely 

Christmas lunch at work - ate too much with Shelle. Wrapped up the day showing Brooker my app framework thinking - and had AB pop in and largely agree, which was nice.

AJ home with a puffy eye - he played video games in the bedroom for most of the day. Sorted out our Christmas holiday schedule - then talked to Julie about my frustration with her regressing to being unmotivated again.

Kicked off the user service migration, helped facilitate it - but by the after I had feedback in 15five about giving Hoa space. I was very frustrated

Last minute meeting with Tim and Brooker to figure out what we do to be uplift Go1d. It was Tim's last meeting before he went on holidays to move to Brisbane 

Call with a recruiter about a CEO role that she had to be vague on - I was stoked to even be on the list to call 

Beach with the boys - Tim and I drove home with the boys who fell asleep straight away. Tim and I talked about his bus trip down to the Gold Coast, seeing drugs on the bus, and about drag queens. I asked if he wanted to be a drag queens, but he didn't directly answer. But I felt he trusted me, and we talked about a lot on how he felt about drugs, sexuality, and his interests.

Went to the Christmas carols at the park on Bribie island. The boys were having a lot of fun running around and dancing - hyped by the sugar of the ice cream. The sunset was beautiful out over the passage. 

Clem's surprise baby shower - watched the mums on the call do the baby shark hand gestures as the song played. Took the boys to movie night at the school, the ladies were struggling with fairy floss while Julie worked the popcorn. Kai got really scared, and we had to come home early.

Hackathon presentation - Chase talked for age and chewed up all the time we had.
