Went to the park at Hamilton with the damn water play with Julie's friend group - came back with the fish and chip lunch to find both boys soaked.

Kai then got lost in the spiral slide +eventually climbing out of the top. 

I went for a run on the 6km circuit around Victoria Park - but did it backwards.
