Took AJ to Caster's birthday at Hercules Park - Caster's mum reminded me of Auntie Deb. Took the family to the park - sitting down in the grass to have truffle brie, and something else with cranberries 

Took Kai to AJs Little Kickers class - he loved running around. In particular, he loved climbing the ladder Bumped into Bec on my run - her and her friends were preparing for their belly dancing show 

Worked through getting the Jira roadmap prototype with Luke - as we ranted on the couch to end the day. 

Chat with Barnaby and Jerllin on responsibilities - I didn't start very well, I got them both offside right away. Kicked myself for the poor comms 

Talk from Sam at Cinch - who looked remarkably like their mascot on the website.

Sorted out my passport with help from Nathan's info - we both chuckled at his birthplace of Ipswich 

Woke up with a really sore testicle - took myself to hospital for scans. The sonographer described my nut as 'angry' 

Took the boys to the new scooter park at Kedron - the rest is still being built. AJ accidentally got his feet wet in the water hazard. Visited Jas and Laughy - first time in their unit. They gave us a mono Xmas tree 

Seafood platter catch up with the friends at Gasworks - took Kai to walk around the amphitheatre and he watched a boy with a hot wheels sized remote control car get his car unstuck from the centre metal cap. 

Dinner for Geremy's birthday at Ole - had a call when I arrived to talk down a very frustrated Gary from work. 

Got a worrying message from Nath as I arrived at the gym after work - first time going to the gym in forever. Tried to run for a warm up, but my chest felt really heavy after 600m

Met Margot - who wanted to talk Product Management as part of mentoring. The video feed was fuzzy throughout 

Met the Agile Coach, Shane - couldn't help but notice his electronic drum kit. 

Did a strategy day with Shelle, then worked through the updated competency matrix and performance reviews. Got a Karoq loan car after dropping my car off - they had the wrong parts, plus it needs new clutches - so both will need to be done again. 

Took the Mustang and Falcon for a drive with dad up to Woodford for lunch. Really needed the clear head space - had a good chat with him out around his outdoor table after on the family, school reunions, and the notion of maybe going to live in Italy 

Took both boys on the scooters to the park beyond the baseball field. AJ really didn't want to go to that park - and had tantrums the whole way there, and I got frustrated and through his deed pod away 

Introduced the team to the strategy - good overall feedback, but left a bit down realising how much it could still improve 

Nath kicked off the insights initiative - was a lumpy start, but we got there 

Jon's wife Amanda gave us a talk - arrived late with team issues

Switched to supremo coffee for a change - there Tiff off in doing that.

Content Management and Streaming Player strategies all done - met Peter, the new replacement for Lud

Bridge to Brisbane - late there, stuck in the pack, then had to pee mid run. Felt horrible and hot though out 

First little kickers session for AJ in the new hall - I helped him hit a basket on the lowered ring. Afternoon at Ballymore with AJ and Kai playing soccer and games. AJ was saying he had a sore knee, but was still OK to run

Drinks at Brewski - Dan tried the password on the bartender. Spent a lot of the night talking to Dusan and Jason W.

1:1 with Barnaby where he gave me really positive feedback - was nice to hear my effort to improve and adapt is paying off 

First sprint review for the Content management team - decided to pause further sprints to give the team time to prepare the backlog with Matt 

First soccer win in forever - the other team had a Div 1 stand in who scored a goal immediately, then was swapped out. 

Punched out the strategy for the DevX team after joining the P&E leadership call with no one there, only to realise it was moved to Tuesday's moving forward
