Had my vascectomy, nearly threw up during the session - ended up being OK. Sold the 86, the mechanic was nervous about the roadworthy. Bought the black Fabia Monte Carlo - got talking about the Fiat 500X the lady had

Content API design review - good session with the team to get to the bottom of the approach.   

Went to inspect the black Fabia after work - it was like a new car. I talked to dad to bounce ideas, then called the guy back to make an offer and picked it up for $14.3k.

Talked to the black Golf R owner - he clarified the car was on the WOVI, so I declined to go and look at it. Browsing on Facebook I saw a black Fabia - messaged the guy, and lined up a time the next day to see it.

Booked the roadworthy with the mechanic for Friday - went to go and see the black Golf R with 290wkw but he didn't respond so I drove home.

Went on a Nebo cruise with Nathan - Ferrari 550(?) parked stupid at the fuel station. I then pulled up next to the Ferrari club at The Gap carpark. A Ferrari F40 turned up.

I wasn't feeling well - so sent Julie out to little kickers with AJ. It was her first time there. After I sent her to bunnings for a new mop head.

 First EoW with the Vietnam team hosting - they taught us all about Vietnamese culture

Found out that Boyd was denied surgery this morning - talked to mum on the drive, and at this point their only option is chemo and 'weeks' according to the oncologist.    

First day back at work after being sick. Felt bad going to work, but cleared up to feel good throughout the day. Interviewed the first candidate for the new content PM role - funny enough, Thomas confirmed he'd interviewed her before at Temando and at Go1.

Spent the night with a bucket next to me in AJ's bed - couldn't sleep and kept on going to poo in the toilet. Was shivering really bad. Called in sick, and spent much of the day in bed.

I serviced both cars - got parked in at the Skoda dealership by an Octavia. Tried to ask the old couple if it was them, but they couldn't understand me and just looked at my blankly.

AJ didn't want to eat and laid on the couch looking green - not long after he vomited in the hallway, and then spent most of the night repeating. I got very little sleep

Rushed home from the work Christmas party to Kai vomiting - I following an hour or so later myself. Spent the rest of the night cleaning up sick. Day at home - cancelled the weekend away with the Seppanens and Christina to Mt Cotton.

Birthday off - took a Model 3 for a test drive, then had a massage with Julie before heading out for end-of-quarter activities at Howard Smith Wharves. Really surprised to hear the bonus percentage we're getting.

AJ came out and Sat on my lap as I played over watch - I tried to take him to bed but he wanted the car. The floor was weirdly wet. 

Came home to the house smelling of Julie's mum - she was sleeping over. Crashed out early at 9pm exhausted 

Plan appointment with Brighton - had two ladies, someone just starting and a supervisor 

Caught up with Cam C at work - talked about the new ISO standard and some things we can do with content signalling 

Took the boys to the rail museum - Kai loved standing on the counter watching the model trains. 

Busy day - AJ soccer, followed by a haircut at Kelvin Grove. We sat in the coffee shop for his babcino - then he selected a cream bun and sat on the bench. Fixed the garage cable, first vaccination - talked to the nurse about running. Took a deposit on the car from a guy who was smitten with it. 

Second day of the first EoQ workshop - didn't feel anywhere near as productive as day 1. Fizzled out with Quake and Mario Kart. 

End of quarter workshop - felt like all the hard work over the last few weeks paid off. Had great laughs with our story mapping, and type racing 

Finished up the roadmap planning - did a test run of type racer with Son. 

Had a meeting with the boss - but he didn't turn up. First soccer game with Adam - Geremy brought shirts along 

Talked to the team about the changes - getting Luke focused on integrations, and Caz focused on the metadata side. 

Went to Bunnings to get a new clothesline and door stops - it was a weird upright clothesline.  Coffee with Alex, Bec, and Nathan in the afternoon - I bright the sign in from the lights for him to help close up.

First appointment with Brighton Homes - thought they forgot us, but the girl was just late.  Moved three car loads of plants from Julie's mums house to her uncles - he showed us his new hilux that took up most of the garage.

Recorded my EoW call on the fly - was a bit bummed I didn't get much of a response. Jon did an awesome shout out to the Engineering team

Cried in the garage after a tough meeting with Barnaby - later had a rough call with Nathan in the evening where Jenny blasted us both.
