Mum was over minding the kids - AJ ran up to me to ask if I wanted Hulk or Spider man cars. I picked the Hulk, of course 

First day back in the garage for lockdown again - had to help Julie with a tiny part that fell of AJ's motorcycle. We think it was the number plate 

Got informed of a new 3 day lockdown - rushed home talking to the client team in the car with Ben. 

Deeper quote with Chris from Brighton - AJ had to pee so snuck him inside. Immediately ran his hot wheels car on the wall Family photos at Strathpine - AJ faceplanted running down the hill. Then had to do a bush wee. 

Drove to all three display homes - AJ insisted on a fruit bar as soon as we started driving First day at little kickers for AJ. One of the coaches got the kids to put witches hats on his feet, and soft rubber domes on his head. 

Got my new role and remuneration confirmed as Head of Product - bought Indian and beer to celebrate. The lady at the restaurant recognised me 

Ran the product team through my vision for the Content experience and gateway 

Caught up Hien to talk career pathways WITH Braden 

Met Andrew who is taking over customer implementation. Seemed super cheerful 

Talked to Dale and Kat about some changes - but I was blocked until I sort my situation out. 

Took Kai to Wolton's Pantry at The Gap, then checked out our land. Went to Metricon at Ellendale to get a quote - the rain was pouring, and I put my foot in a deep puddle trying to Kai back into the car so put him in from the opposite side

 AJs birthday celebrations at home - I made him the Women's Weekly duck cake, which didn't taste all that great but looked OK.

AJ's 4th birthday - I took the afternoon off to pick him up early, then took him to Chermside to go toy shopping and have ice cream. 

EMT session to present what we achieved in Q3, went well overall - although some feedback on the Password Reset work. 

Met with the contact from the American SI to explore getting help with work for MS build. Seemed pretty blazee about things - had a stack of messy paperwork on the bed behind him. 

Did the Scrum operating model session with the team to draft our example model 

Workshop with Bas and Thomas - went to Howard Smith Wharves after to have drinks and dinner with Bas, Chris, and Vu.

Skidpan with Nathan - finally felt comfortable in the 86. Talked to some guy in a Porsche boxter who seemed to know me, but I totally didn't recognise him. 

Couldn't find a toilet at the Bridgeman Downs display Village, so pee'd behind a nearby fence 

Final day of onboarding for K at work - stayed late to finish my PaaS proposal

Long day - working at home and got called out for calling the responses 'rubbish' on the JTBD board by one of the team. 

First P&E all hands after a discussion with Barnaby - was disappointed when we didn't cover my role changes as part of that.

Caught up with Ric at the Go1 office - was great to see him again. Shared a beer, and talked about how he's struggled with health during covid, but bought a house.

Was confirmed in my responsibilities today in the new structure - had the wibbley wobbly pasta AJ picked on the weekend 

Dinner with Chris and Thomas at Howard Smith wharfs. Noticed the chairs hanging on the wall - then was kicked out at 7:30pm 

Email back from Clarendon homes - they're saying our block is too hard. I was really stressed by it - but went with Tim to DFO and then The Brickhouse after anyway 

End of the first week onboarding K in the UK. Accidentally booked a welcome meeting without actually inviting her - so I talked to John about crypto 

Got a message from Tim about going out to dinner. I rushed to catch up with him at Chermside, then we played video games together 

Chat to Jon at work - he debriefed on his observations from the Agile guild.

Had an 86 with a big wing behind me on the drive to work today - we gave it a squirt on the way in.  Presented the structural changes occurring to the team - created some friction on title changes. 

Yelled at AJ while trying to onboard K in the UK. Felt horrible after
