Presented at EoW call wearing a Halloween mask - Margaret had a live chicken 

Rushed around Mt Gravatt trying to find a Halloween costume. Had no luck, until I found a cheap shop where I got a mask.  Tried to listen to the call with the big UK customer in the car - had issues because the MS teams mobile app doesn't support Bluetooth. 

Went to have the Korean beef dinner, and tried to garnish it with the two remaining spring rolls - but that tripped off Julie and we argued, and I put them back. 

Gym after work - started listening to 'The Personal MBA' on the way there in the rain. Watched a fit but slim lady squatting 90kg, nearby - and another normal sized lady squatting 60kg

1:1 outside with Chris - wasn't too hot, but talked about scaling and resourcing topics. 

Traffic on the way to the barge - stopped at Eumundi for the toilet and coffee. Got caught in heavy rain as I put Kai into the car. Broke the mop sponge wiping up pee from AJ in the toilet 

Showed everyone how to make a rosti. Went for a run along the beach and saw a lone kite surfer. Returned to the beach, via a wrong turn via the caravan park, where AJ played in the surf and Tim and I played frisby

We left to Noosa late - made it to Beerwah before we pulled over for Hungry Jack's to give Kai a break after he wouldn't stop crying. Checked into the place - spent the afternoon in the pool and spa, where we saw kangaroos 

Introduced the customer onboarding initiatives, and had a great retro on principles - then got some pressure about progress on partners Went to get fish and chips after work - and I bumped into Jas in KG Woolworths

Played squash after work with Andrew, Chris, and Andrew's friend Nick. I got caught in traffic - then met another 86 guy in a blue BRZ who I talked to at the off ramp to Logan Road. 

Presented to a customer late at night for a tender-planned three demo's, but we got side tracked and I kicked a great own goal. 

Spent time with Ben exploring scaling guided-by partners 

Went to dads new house for the first time. Cut down stumps at the front, then hung up blinds. 

Swimming was closed - issues with chlorine in the pool. Dad, Tiz, and Tim came over - cooked ribs, drank beer, and watched Brisbane lose the AFL preliminary final 

There were government officials on site today - I had a Luke warm Mexican lunch, avoiding them as I went to get it. 

I helped Julia and Tim design an approach to tracking their work in Jira next gen 

Sat on the couch to talk to John, Braden, and Dave about the Scrum implementation - it was a nice change to sit in the sun for a meeting.

First workshop in the partially renovated old office. Used the big Whiteboard with Lud 

Lost the back end of the 86 coming onto the highway after work. Scared myself a bit. 

Laughy's 24th birthday at mums house at Warner - after lunch we wrote names and put them into a had to play charades together.  I got Sarah Jessica Parker - and went down on all fours to try and mimic a horse to refer to her face.

AJs first swimming lesson in the K1/2 class - first time I've seen him kick with the kickboard without someone supporting him underneath. The teacher was a younger guy with curly hair and a goatie

Talked to the painter doing Ba Ngoi's house about doing the doors in gloss. 

Rough day with Bas, Thomas, and Chris on visibility and progress across our delivery. Spent the night preparing a proposal on it in confluence/jira

Met Tim - the new guy in key accounts at work today.

Had Dan Olsen from 'The Lean Product Playbook' message me today to thank me for my book summary, and to get me to use his official images. 

Took the family to Chermside - messaged Dave Foster to see if he was around, and he was actually already heading to Archer coffee as well 

Caught up with Diego and Xavier for coffee at Cafe Gia. The boys pulled all the toys out I'd the box and into the cubby under the slide. 

Took AJ to swimming lessons, they were closed so I took him to Newmarket pools where he enjoyed running around near the big bucket contraption. 

First day for Nathan at work - shot home early and had a call with the UK customer while the sun went down. 

Recorded my video for the all-hands presentation - then worked late to prepare onboarding for John and Nathan - booking a huge number of meetings.

Worked at home - garage guy came around to quote. Cancelled lunch with Diego/Roberto as I felt awful - went to sleep at 8pm.
