Digital Memory Palace

Alex and Ben came around and we made pizza together. Bec brought AJ a stuffed dog. 

AJ slept on my lap while I watched YouTube and ate the ice cream I got for Julie along with her flowers for our anniversary

Came home and AJ was at mums for the night - was really weird going to sleep without hugging him

 Took AJ to the Brisbane Festival in the evening - parking near The Milk Factory, walking up to Messina for ice cream, then down to South Bank to see the lasers. I have him two glow sticks and he ran around the 'Brisbane' letters playing.

Got a message from Clem - talked to him for nearly an hour in the middle of a few Pearson calls to talk about performance challenges with Product Engineering. 

Late call to introduce Raj and Chase - Chase was late and had forgot the early call for him. 

Interviewed John from the Agile MeetUp group 

Went to bed after working late and too exhausted to continue - sat in bed staring at the ceiling. Got up and wrote the minutes for the exec call on team structure 

Raj started today at work - introduced him to both customers in the region. 

Looked after Kai while Julie took AJ to a birthday party. I finished 'Super Thinking' - and he cried with poo pain and four poos 

Ba Ngoi made the tuneric pancakes for the first time - I felt unwell and drifted off to sleep on her couch. 

Got home after a late email with Thomas and Chris for our UK customer to find the papers for the loan release 

Skipped a Pearson meeting to go home unwell - got caught up talking to Eduardo as I tried to leave. 

Gym after work - followed a Ferrari Pista and a Ferrari California there through the city. 

Fixed my Pixel 3a's screen, after finally getting the adhesive I needed. Worked a charm. 

Thomas' announcement was made. I talked to him outside on the deck after to make sure he was OK. 

Mexican feast at Christina's with Lauren and Jon - first time we've been there. Had to duck below the Ethernet cable in the hallway.  The boys dug in the garden with spoons

Went to Diego's house warming - talked a lot to Roberto, talked to Luci and Adrian, drank tequila, watched the guys sing Mexican songs, then stumbled home. 

Had a rough day with a Scrum Master structure meeting - then found out about Thomas. Was really deflated 

Dropped my lasagne dinner on the floor - picked it up and put it on my plate to eat. AJ came out and we watched TV until late together.

Talked sneakers with Louisa at work 

Saw Cian swing by the office as I was talking to Emma. Said hello quickly to him. 

Had a weird rib/back thing hit me while I talked to Thomas - not sure what it was 

Went to go to fathers day at Sandgate but it was raining. Instead, dad, jas, and Tim came over and I made sausage rolls. 

Went to Dusan and Anna's place at Ascot for the first time. Sat on bean bags on the floor while the boys played until 8:30pm 

Talked to James at work - found out he has an RS3 as well, and a friend with a 720s McLaren. 

A muscly guy of African heritage asked me to help him take a photo in the locker room at the gym. Told him I'd do it outside.  Found him and helped him with the photo.

Dropped chocolates off for the day care staff - took some time to get the lady's attention as she poked around the cupboards. 

First day back at work - had my mini meeting room taken. Turned the lights off, only to realise Emma was still there. My book, Bulletproof Problem Solving, was wedged in the letterbox. 

Grabbed coffee with AJ at Amity Point - had to wait for our coffee after only Kim and Holly's arrived first. The ferry back to Cleveland had a car with and old lady stretching with her two sausage dogs in a carrier in front of us.
