Went to Park Run at 6:30am, but nobody was there - so I went for a run to Ashgrove. On the way back, I saw the Park Run group was assembled - so I stopped and joined in, making it two runs.

Serviced Nathan's Focus, then my 86 - took way too much oil out of my car.
