Coffee with Alex, then a massage at Aspley Hyperdome (or whatever it's now called) - then a drive into Samford, sitting down at the park there and waiting for a call from AccessHQ.
Drove Nebo afterwards - before an evening of lifting, with Sam coming along to powerlifting for the first time. Then afterwards, we had beers with Mark Simpson - back from VN.
