Kicked off the continuous improvement initiatives with the Service Desk teams. They were a bit quiet, but it felt good overall.

Only got definition of done complete - then the fire alarm went off.

Drove to Dave's after work to pickup Julie's mouse, and checked our his awesome new OLED TV.
