Bridge to Brisbane in the morning - ran a new 10k PB of 45:43. Ran home, showered - then drove back to pickup Julie.

Picked up AJ from Dad & Tiz's, then home to see Adam, Dhalia, and Kenzie who came over and we played with the VR headset.
