After work squash with Shaun and Ben, then sat around to chat near the counter and listen to stories about the challenges we're all having. Told the guys about my concerns with my role and future, Shaun's keen for a lunch to see what we can do.

Drove home, cooked some rice and washed up, then had Julie's leftover Vietnamese from my birthday.
