Breakfast at our place with dad and Tiz, had a chat to dad about my cars belt issue - he was really upset about the situation with Tim and Mum.

Julie left to her craft workshop with Christina.

In the afternoon we caught up with Grant and Monica (the Lawson's sent their apologies). First time we've seen them since the wedding 2 years prior.

Went for a run - failed just past 24km near the powerhouse with my calf giving up. Ola'd home.
