Wrecked after the 22km run - slept in, then got Julie to drive me in.

Had first debrief on our neuro training. Finished the carrier initiative presentation for Martyn, who flew out to France for the announcements.

Rode my bike home - got home early enough to shower with AJ before watching a YouTube video - Jay Leno's Garage on the Bugatti EB110

Booked our accommodation for the Noosa marathon - Julie was nervous as it was an unrated airbnb.
