Friday 4th January, 2019

• Lazy morning, slept in and got ready quite late
• Took AJ to day care with Julie
• Pretty quiet day at work - focused on helping with last minute La Redoute presentation the FR team had planned without any real notice
• Had an afternoon run along the river - just a short 4km circuit before a meeting
• After work, went to the gym for the first time since coming back - it was tough
• We finished the goal setting for YearCompass together, which opened up some painful discussions and Julie went to the bedroom upset
• I followed her after a while, and we talked for a while about our issues before going to sleep
