Lazy morning, ended up making AJ breakfast and slowly getting ready to head in with Julie.

Dropped AJ off at day care, he cried so Julie took him outside to a carer.

Work was uneventful - long management stand up, but otherwise pretty normal.

Finished up work and decided to try a long run after work. Ran from gasworks around to the Story Bridge and back again (about 12km). It was very warm, so I really struggled to maintain pace.

Stopped briefly at the wharf under the bridge, first time I've been there since the refurbishment. Definitely looks nice, but already had a fairly contrived bunch of people showing off.

Upon getting back to work I walked home, before ravishing a mixed dinner of curry rice, frittas, and a sausage.

I watched Norsemen for the first time - it was pretty funny, and certainly well done.

I settled into bed to read but Julie came in, so we watched Seinfeld (Marble Rye and the baby named 'Seven' episodes)
